What are the chances that ICE will actually pick up any bad guys? These Hispanic neighborhoods would welcome ICE if it meant targeting drug dealers, gangs and guns. My guess is that the bad guys are too smart to stick around and have migrated out to Aurora to lie low until this blows over.
I was looking at the stats for the city and could not find anything saying the city was going to hell-in-a-handbasket. Indeed, the stats for crime looked pretty good and decreased since 2020 according to FBI data for homicides and violent crime overall.

There really is no reason to terrorize people whether illegal or legal. They add to the economic growth of the nation doing the jobs most home-grown Americans will not do. In 68-71, I served with some who were not citizens. The military (USMC) told them they would become citizens if they enlisted for 4 years. Don't know whatever became of them or those promises.
