RN wage growth either dipped for a more recent 10-year frame or source for data different:

Nurses’ average inflation-adjusted earnings increased by 30.6 percent over this period (Exhibit 4).

The source data (BLS) is the same. But the 2016 analysis you cite used data with an end date of 2012. I used the most current data, and compared May 2019 wages to May 2010 wages, available here: https://www.bls.gov/oes/tables.htm. While I didn't create a year-by-year chart, it's possible that there were significantly smaller increases during the latter half of my study period, which corresponds with the Trump years.
